Gallagher Retail Park, Brighton
At peak periods traffic has been experiencing difficulties in getting in and out of this retail park in Brighton. Paul Mew Associates have examined the existing site access and car park layout and have been able to propose a series of changes to resolve the reported problems.

London Borough of Lambeth Parking Assessments
Paul Mew Associates has carried out many parking surveys for residential and commercial developments in the London Borough of Lambeth in accordance with their parking survey methodology. A few streets we have covered are St Lukes Avenue, Mayflower Road, Riggindale Road, Edgeley Lane, Briarwood Road, Tremadoc Road, Leigham Court Road and Lynette Avenue.

Reading Parking Enforcement Study
An extensive series of parking surveys were carried out as part of Reading Borough Council’s review of its parking and loading enforcement operation. A team of local surveyors carried out on-street surveys at 120 locations within the borough over a two week period. Information on the duration of stay, turnover and legality of parking acts were recorded and analysed.

Craigavon Parking Study
A survey team was formulated as part of a large scale data collection and analysis project for the Road Service Department for Northern Ireland. On and off street parking demand and turnover surveys were carried out over a two week period in the towns of Craigavon and Lurgan.

Colney Hatch Lane, London Borough of Barnet
The relocation of a Tile / Bathroom Centre from Holloway Road (A1) to Colney Hatch Lane due to the insufficient parking available to the extant site. The A1 only allowed loading for a maximum period of 20 minutes before a penalty charge notice is generated. Paul Mew Associates had to assess the current loading situation in order to determine the amount of parking spaces the new centre would require. Surveys were carried out to determine the time each loading client takes and then converted into the number of parking spaces needed for the peak hours of the day.
